My name is Ramon Olivo and I’m a skilled Editor with a background in Film Production and Broadcast Engineering. I graduated from the School Of Visual Arts in NYC with a Bachelor in Film & Video Production and thereafter was quickly hired at CNN. I’ve gained an enormous amount of experience freelancing with the major names in the industry such as NBC/Telemundo and Fox News but I’ve also done creative work outside the news field. I’ve worked on numerous film sets for studios such as Paramount and Universal and recently I’ve worked exclusively for Marvel Entertainment, which is a Disney company. At Marvel I edited numerous promos, ads, trailers for their website and DVD’s. As a result I’ve worked both as shooter and audio engineer (in and out of a studio) as well as an editor.
